There is no free parking at Strijp-S, but there are several paid parking spaces around the building.

Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. There are catering facilities inside the venue where food and beverages are available. Bag checks will take place at the entrance. Small snacks and chewing gum are allowed, if they are in queantities for personal use.

Backpacks and weekend bags are not allowed during events. Handbags are permitted if they are not larger than A4 size and not thicker than 10 cm. Bags may be searched and checked. The organization will do its best to minimize waiting times. We kindly ask you to leave your bags at home and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

There are no lockers available to store your (hand)bag during the event.

Returning tickets and requesting a refund was possible up to 10 days before the event. If you want to exchange a ticket for another day, this can be done up to 5 days before the day you wish to attend the EUROs, provided the new ticket has the same value as the old ticket. Otherwise, a cost adjustment must be made.

Exchanging tickets can be requested based on availability via our ticket provider CM.com at support@cmtickets.com. In your email, please include your name, your reservation number, the number of tickets you wish to rebook, and the day you would like to rebook them to. CM.com will then process the rebooking.

Bringing (digital) photo and video equipment is allowed in the facility as long as it is not used for commercial purposes. If unauthorized commercial use is detected, you will be removed from the venue, and the incident will be reported to the organization and the KNWU. Any further actions will be taken by these parties. At all times, the safety of the BMX riders must be respected. The use of selfie sticks is also prohibited.

For professional photo, audio, video and other recording equipment, a media accreditation from the organization is required. If you would like to apply for such accreditation, please visit the press page.

The entire building is smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside at designated locations.

Lost items are kept at the front office for two months, after which they are disposed of. If you've lost something, send an email to: office@area51eindhoven.nl .

Dogs and other pets are not allowed at Area 51 Eindhoven. An exception is made for specially trained dogs used to assist disabled people, such as guide dogs and service dogs from the Assistance Dog Foundation. Please contact the organization in advance. Papers confirming that the dog is a service dog must be presented at the Area 51 reception.

Yes, you can pay with a debit or credit card. There is no ATM.

There are no lockers at Area 51.

Area 51 and the organization do not accept liability for personal injury, theft, loss, damage, or loss of property of visitors occuring during and/ or as a result of a visit to the venue, except to the extent that this is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Area 51 and the organization.

Pumping at Area 51 is not a problem, but we do not have a designated space fot it. Feel free to ask a staff member for assistance, and they will ensure you are directed to the appropriate area. If you inform us upon arrivel that you need to pump during your visit, it is not a problem to bring a bag with bottles.

Yes, you can. If you have your ticket scanned by security when leaving Area 51 Eindhoven, you may go outside. Upon re-entering, you can scan your ticket again to get back inside.

That's correct. The tickets are not tied to a specific seat.
